We wrap up another tournament season with our next free bass fishing event from your favorite Tempe kayak and outdoors shop - October 30th at Roosevelt Lake. If you are already familiar with our tournaments and just need to register, get signed up for free via Eventbrite and make your plans today!
If this your first time around, note we've been doing these tournaments for several years and it is always a good time. And it's free! This is our 5th and last event for this season, so there's no better time than now to get in on what has been good action so far and make plans to participate in them all in 2022. See all the tournament rules and guidelines and see pics and results from all of the prior events on our tournament event Facebook page. Expect 75-100 anglers at these events, so it's a great way to meet some new fishing buddies or just see how everyone rigs up their boats - anything that floats qualifies, as long as it's non-motorized.
We'll get started around 6:30 am and will be out for 6 hours - anglers with the longest cumulative length of their top three bass are the plaque and cash winners, and there's more money to be had via the lucrative side pots for big and small fish. Attend 2 events and you are automatically eligible for a drawing for a new Hobie Outback at season's end. We'll be awarding Angler of the Year recognition and have the drawing for the Hobie Outback back out at Roosevelt with a weekend of camping and fishing on November 12-13. If you can't get signed up at Eventbrite by October 29, just show up Saturday morning well before launch time to register on site.
