The Thule Interstate Cargo Bag is Thule's most weather-resistant cargo bag, which has been test-verified for water resistance and boasts sealed seams and a generous storm flap over the three-sided zipper to help keep water out. This cargo bag is great when you need some extra cargo space on your next trip, offering 16 cubic feet of storage, but don't want to store a hard-case cargo box. We do rent the rigid cartop cargo carriers though when that is a better option for you.

Twin compression straps keep cargo securely positioned, even in a heavy rain and winds while the padded base protects your vehicle's finish from abrasion while in transit and when you are taking this bag on and off. The Interstate fits most third party and car factory racks via heavy-duty, double-stitched webbing straps (included).

The bag is easy to install and remove, and when not needed, it folds down out of the way into its included stuff sack.
